B.Tech is Four years duration UG Degree course. Electronics & Communication Engineering is a 4- year (8 semesters) Graduation Degree course which awarded degree of Electronics & Communication Engineering in India. Both terms denote a broad engineering field that encompasses many subfields including those that deal with power, instrumentation engineering, telecommunications, semiconductor circuit design, and many others. Messengers existed in different forms people, smoke, signals etc. Coming to 21st century and you would find people using all kinds of wireless devices to communicate.
