M.Tech in Electrical Engineering

This course aims at training graduate engineers in the field of power system. This course deals with the state of art techniques in power system analysis, stability evaluation, system planning , reliability and forecasting. The course also covers subjects in high voltage transmission , industrial electronics and control. Power electronics and drives. wind electric conversion system and advanced topics in microprocessor and microcontrollers which are very much needed for todays power system engineers. projects and practical relevance in these areas are carried out in the final semester of the course.
